Crating & Shipping
Timeless Reflections takes a lot of pride not only in our mirrors and glass design products but also
in our custom crating. Our customers have sent us 100's of emails saying
that our crating was
almost as good as our mirror. We know
you want your mirror and getting them broke is not what
anyone
wants! While we are at the mercy of the shipping companies and accidents do happen,
Timeless Reflections takes
as many precautions as we can to keep those accidents minimul!

No matter what you order on the internet and how beautiful it may be if
the item is not packed well it will never get to you in one place. Pictured
is how we put together small to medium crates. Difference with large crates
is support straps. While shipping is tricky and nothing is perfect these are
tested and have had great luck of getting glass to our customers for years!
A good wood constructed frame with at least 1.5-2" of styrofoam
with the
correct rating for shipping important. Our crates frames
are glued with
construction adheasive as well is the back and then it is
screwed. The interior
is lined with styrofoam to protect the glass
from jarring inside the crate and the
front is screwed for easy opening
and removal of the mirror.
